SES’s client-focused design team is responsible for the timely, accurate, and attractive completion of all design projects and production work. Our skilled designers apply their learned knowledge to realize our clients’ visions in customized documents tailored to individual clients’ needs. Design team members work closely with the variance and due diligence teams to prepare artwork used to secure landlord and municipal approvals. SES’s dedicated design team members are highly talented and specialize in photo-realistic images and custom applications.

As Certified Zoning SpecialistsSM, each member of the SES variance team is able to ensure clients achieve maximum brand visibility at every location. To establish consistency in national branding portfolios, the variance team utilizes the Site Visibility IndexSM, a scientific system to evaluate existing and potential sites. The variance team has won over 4,000 variances and has achieved a 96.5% variance success rate.

Project Management & Due Diligence
The due diligence and project management team is comprised of highly experienced Permit Specialists and Project Coordinators who have worked in all 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. Our passionate Permit Specialists maintain SES’s municipal code library and establish relationships with city planners to expedite the approval process and ensure permits are secured in a timely fashion, providing clients with hassle-free permit acquisition. Accountable Project Coordinators manage sites from pre-lease due diligence to post site audits. Their commitment to the manufacturing and installation process ensures timelines are maintained and proper signage is implemented at each location.
